Tickets for the Vienna Airway Congress can be purchased directly through our online shop. Please follow this link to the shop to complete your registration.
When will I receive my receipt?
Your receipt will be provided along with your certificate of attendance on the first day of the congress.
What is the ticket refund policy?
Ticket cancellations are possible up until one month prior to the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, ticket transfers are allowed. To transfer your ticket, please contact the organizing committee via email at info@airwaycongress.com.
Will there be a group reservation for the hotel?
Unfortunately, there will be no group reservation for the hotel. We recommend booking your accommodation directly with the hotel of your choice.
